We offer graphene with a particle size of 5-10 μm in paste, flake, and powder forms, with scalable mass-production capability. It is ideally suited as a high thermal conductivity and electrically conductive filler for composite materials, including resins and rubber.
When used in combination with conventional fillers, graphene can provide significant performance enhancements even at low loading levels, enabling efficient and cost-effective material design.

Example of Mixing Graphene Filler with Phenol Resin
Conventional graphite and Graphene Filler (paste) were added to phenolic resin in a liquid medium, followed by filtration and molding. The volume resistivity and in-plane thermal conductivity were measured at various filler loadings.
The results confirm that, compared with conventional graphite, Graphene Filler achieves superior electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity even at lower filler loadings.

Graphene Filler Effective at Low Loading Levels
A conductive resin formulation comprising 4.2 wt% carbon black and 95.8 wt% resin (IPA-based, 24.1 wt% solids) was prepared. Graphene or carbon black was added as a sub-filler at 3, 5, and 10 wt% of the carbon black content. The viscosity of the formulation was measured, and spray-coated films on aluminum substrates were evaluated for volume resistivity.
