We will be introducing the world’s largest anisotropic graphite block (Graphene Flower BL) which is stable in high temperature and high pressure. It has a heat resistance of 3,000°C (in inert gas, 500°C in air) and thermal conductivity of 1000 W/m・K, and has the same crystal orientation as HOPG (highly oriented pyrolytic graphite). Metal plating, sputtering, and resin coating are also possible to prevent dust generation.
We will also be exhibiting flexible heat dissipation materials that combine resin with porous Graphene Flower Foam or Graphene Flower Paste.
We would like to offer solutions to heat problems and issues in manufacturing.
